Special Duty Officer List: 

Duty officers are extremely valuable and worth using whenever you get them as long as you've leveled, starred, and cultivated them. Not all buildings have a specific duty general for that building, in which case you can just use a strong general that meets the requirements. 

All duty generals below cannot be found in tavern. However, some like Ban Chao can be gotten from general fragments. 

Eventually you'll want a permanent officer in the following:
  • Hospital; 
  • Warehouse; 
  • Rally Spot
Other spots can be added temporarily as necessary.

Gear only needs to be equipped when assigning the duty general, after assigning the general the gear can be removed and it will keep its special officer status. Duty officers do not need gear or skills otherwise.
