How to Increase General March Speed?

The following ways will increase your March Speed in ALL scenarios:

March Speed Horn
Enhancing General to 5 Stars (level 22+)
Cultivating Leadership - Up to +500 (only available at 5 stars)
Two-piece King's Gear
Skill book March Speed
Fearless Dragon or Ares boots
Research in Academy
Refines on Weapons and boots if you're a rich boy
Huo Qubing if you want to REALLY zoom
Specialties on Huo Qubing if you're a trust fund baby
Victory column 4 and 5

How to Increase March Speed to Monsters?

If you're just looking to increase your march speed to Monsters, the following will also enhance your march speed:

March Speed vs March Speed to Monsters

Note that March Speed to Monsters ONLY works for the rally lead on the way to the monster. If you want to go the absolute fastest, the rally lead should use March Speed to Monsters before the rally starts marching, then switch to March Speed before it lands for the return trip.

Participants in a rally should only use March Speed as March Speed to Monsters does not affect any part of their trip.
